AIR TRAVEL to DC ROUNDTABLE

For those of you coming from out of town, please procure the best coach fare you can find, purchase your tickets and keep the receipt. We will reimburse your flight cost.

Please plan to arrive by Monday the 26th in plenty of time to check yourself in to the hotel (see hotel information below) and attend the dinner in the meeting room at the George Washington University Law School (see information on the meeting below) at 6:00 PM. The Monday night dinner is an important part of the Roundtable, so please do plan to attend!

The Roundtable goes through Tuesday evening dinner. Optimally, return flights would be booked for Wednesday, June 28th.

HOTEL for DC ROUNDTABLE

A block of single rooms has been reserved at the George Washington University Inn for Monday June 26th and Tuesday June 27th. There is no need to call and book your room, this has been done for you. TUESDAY JUNE 27th ROUNDTABLE MEETING

The Roundtable on June 27th will be held at George Washington Law School, Room 503 (FCC Room), Burns Building, a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

MEALS for DC ROUNDTABLE

All meals will be served in the meeting room at the George Washington University Law School, Room 503 (FCC Room), Burns Building.

Meals served include:

Dinner 6 PM Monday 26th
Breakfast 8 AM Tuesday 27th
Lunch 12 PM Tuesday 27th
Dinner 6 PM Tuesday 27th

There will be a no-host bar at both dinners.
